About the job as a property manager

As a property manager with our client, you will work operationally with the authority's premises and internal services. The role is broad and varied, with a lot of personal responsibility and daily contact with both landlords, suppliers, and internal operations. You will also lead staff and ensure that the premises function as they should.

Common tasks include:

• Handle fault reports and follow up on actions
• Order services and minor renovations
• Contact with landlords and suppliers
• Invoice management and handling of quotes
• Conduct inventory and planning
• Work with physical security
• Staff management

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in the role of property manager, we see that you are a person who enjoys structure, administrative tasks, and creating order. You do not need to have previous experience in property management - the most important thing is that you have a good economic understanding and knowledge, and enjoy working in an environment where service, collaboration, and flexibility are at the center.

Requirements for the position

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Very good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of work experience as an administrator/assistant
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing

Previous experience working with premises and property management is considered a merit.
